You want to start with an advisory board and you are looking for a confidant for your think tank, a critical sounding board that is able to challenge you.
Discovery
I take the time to get to know your business and challenges well.
I will come to your company for a few days and have conversations with you as an owner-entrepreneur, your employees, as well as internal and external IT. If possible, I will also talk to some of your customers.
You will receive all notes and findings.
Sessions
We will meet in each quarter.
You invite 1 to 3 other external advisors who complement each other.
We prepare the agenda together; and you will receive a digital report with the formulated advice.
The sessions can also be held in the evening or Saturday morning.
