BIM can be used by anyone involved in the construction of building. Property developers, architects, contractors ... all parties benefit from BIM. In fact, during a construction project, all parties involved add their information, while other parties actually extract their information from that same BIM model.
The biggest advantage of BIM is that the entire project is clear and becomes insightful . Everyone has access to the same information, in this way cooperation is improved and better results can be achieved. The various pieces of information from the parties involved are all "superimposed" on each other, creating a 3D model.
