I'm 62 years old, born and raised in West Flanders, and currently living in Wervik – strategically located between Ypres and Kortrijk.

With over 25 years of experience as a management consultant– including 16 years as an independent– I’ve built a strong track record in digital transformation and ERP projects.

My core focus is on ERP selection and implementation guidance – something I’ve specialized in since the very start of my career.èOver the years, I’ve developed deep insights into the ERP landscape, including the strengths and pitfalls of various systems and vendors.

I’ve authored countless RFPs, use cases, and scenario analyses , and supported dozens of companies in choosing both the right ERP platform and the right implementation partner. éThanks to this experience, I’ve built a strong network in the ERP integrator ecosystem and know the field inside out.

Large corporate environments and multinationals are typically less aligned with my way of working. I prefer a direct, no-nonsense approach, short communication lines, and engaged people.

I'm not a traditional IT person– I always start from business needs and processes. That perspective allows me to make technology understandable and relevant for everyone involved.
