I advise all my clients to start with a ‘digital advisory board’. You will come together several times a year, to act as a think tank or sounding board in order to discuss potential opportunities and risks for your company.
Many SMEs have internal people with operational functions regarding IT, technology, and customer experience.
However, few SME's and family businesses have someone on board who is able to provide a vision or is able to challenge the manager/management committee.

I will come to your company for a few days and have conversations with you as an owner-entrepreneur, your employees, as well as internal and external IT. If possible, I will also talk to some of your customers.
You will receive all notes and findings.
We will meet in each quarter.
You will provide 1 to 3 other external advisors who complement each other.
We prepare the agenda together; and you will receive a digital report with the formulated advice.
The sessions can also be held in the evening or Saturday morning.
